Admin Officer

A recruitment agency is looking for candidates for the position of Admin Officer
to work with a multinational company operating in Hong Kong

Job Description

• Co-ordinates and schedules appointments, meetings and travels.
• Handles multi-functional / routine tasks.
• Interacts with people at all levels for both of government and third party company
• Assists and handle personal matters related to the Managing Director.
• Provides administrative, secretarial and support.
• Coordinates and schedules appointments, meetings, travel arrangements.
• Organizes and manage confidential documents, correspondence, record and maintain efficient filing systems in assuring accurate document filing for easy access and retrieval.
• Other ad hoc duties.

Qualifications:
• At least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. ( Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent computer skills in (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet, e-mail)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken and able to handle English correspondence
• Strong business administrative and organizational skill
• Must be able to work under pressure and unsupervised
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external documentation
• Independent, mature and able to handle confidential matters
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skill and strong leadership
