Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Carry out imaging of files, update and manage docketing database entries
* Track documents through our databases, responsible for document research and generate reports
* Manage the Asia Pacific regional Imaging/Docketing Hub in Hong Kong
Requirements

KEY EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential

* Degree Holder
* 2+ years prior docketing experience is preferred but not necessary

KEY SKILLS

Essential

* Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, Chinese & Mandarin
* A team player, self motivated, well organized and able to work under pressure
* Good interpersonal and communications skills
* Good PC skills
