The Career

Provide HR generalist services, predominantly recruitment, to the Greater China region and contribute to the AP region in a specific HR domain (tbd in line with experience) - Duties shall include local operational and HR admin in Beijing & Taipei including: Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compliance (Corp & Legal), HR Admin, HRIS, Benefit Admin, Metrics & Statistics, Education admin. Regional duties will be as a conduit of info. between regional and sub region, in aligning efforts and creating consistencies with regional and WW policies and objectives. Consolidation of fragmented ownership of HR responsibilities or lack of sufficient processes and structure not presently covered or addressed – a single point of contact with expertise currently lacking in the org.

The Requirement

Qualified candidate must have BA/BS in HR, Psychology, Economics or Equivalent. Must have 4-6 yrs. of direct HR generalist experience. International exposure is an advantage. Adaptable, flexible, strong communication skills both written and verbal (English and Mandarin), consensus builder, good listener, ability to work independently on multiple tasks, trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality,inclination towards strategic program development, scope for long term growth.Exposure to MNC environment and best practices in HR.
