In-House Corporate Lawyer (ICL201101)

• Perform high quality company secretarial duties and services in accordance with statutory requirements and corporate legal guidelines.
• Be fully responsible to draft, review and process legal documents including business contracts, service agreements etc.
• Be fully responsible for registration issues of companies and subsidiaries all over Asia Pacific.
• Take ownership and fully responsible to prepare statutory filings with government departments and manage all corporate records, such as board minutes, POA etc for all entities in the region.
• Liaise with external legal service providers and corporate legal department in relation to all corporate legal matters.
• Provide sound legal advice to senior management and line managers on all business & operational matters covering China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.
• LLB, PCLL.
• Minimum 5 years relevant post qualified experience preferably in a multinational company.
• Sound knowledge and experience in taxes, commercial business and intellectual properties especially in HK, PRC, Taiwan, Korea and Singapore.
• Familiar in HK & PRC business laws and been exposed to the different legal systems in the Asia Pacific region preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skill and can work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
