IT桌面支持工程师& IT desk support engineer

Innovative Technologies is hiring a Helpdesk engineer, to perform work for our Client located at Beijing, ChaoYang district.

The Helpdesk engineer shall possess basic English dialogue skills, understand customer requirement and offer accordingly troubleshooting support. The engineer will work in team with other helpdesk engineers and under guidance of IT director.

Working schedules are Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.

Offered package: > RMB 6,000 for 48 hours work per week

Work including but not limited:

IT Helpdesk and Systems:
 Day to day user support
 Desktop and Laptop configuration with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, and other software and applications.
 Outlook configuration
 Lotus Notes configuration
 Network Printer and Standalone printer configuration and maintenance
 Configuring Blackberry devices
 Server Room maintenance
 Server Backup to external storage and Tape Device. Monitoring backup jobs for successful completion. Testing backup by test restoration.

IT Network and Communication:
 Telephone system maintenance. Installing new extensions
 Produce Monthly billing report from Telephone billing software.
 Maintenance of Access control system and CCTV. Assisting Admin staff to produce ACS reports for time sheet and security check.
 Liaising with Internet, Telephone and Hardware Service Providers for problem escalation and troubleshooting.
 Performing daily health checks of LAN, WAN and Server devices to ensure it is good working condition
