National Sales Manager

The Client

Our client is a Multinational and one of the largest medical diagnostic equipment developer in Asia and Greater China market

The Job

The incumbent will report directly to the President of the company. Build and manage sales team to reach Sales Targets to maximize growth in the territory / region. Manage a team of sales staff, ensuring the team meets revenue targets. Work closely with colleagues and the marketing and customer support teams to maximise market opportunities, be responsible for multi-level selling and for leading and training a team of successful sales staff. Responsible for finding new clients or buyers in an area, distributing promotional items and advertisements, managing a team of sales representatives, and conducting professional customer service. Work well independently and possess a high-energy level and competitive nature.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in business or in a field related to the company's product line. Candidate with over 10-15 years of experience in sales with deep knowledge of the color doppler markets, developed good distribution relations throughout China. Ability to organise medical ultrasound sales throughout China and understanding of the market and networks are essential. Ability to organise and expand a sales and service team with sound people management and leadership skills. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
