Receptionist

A recruitment agency is looking for candidates for the position of
Receptionist to work with a multinational company operating in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
 take and relay messages and provide information to callers
 greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination
 general administrative and clerical support
 schedule appointments

Qualifications
 high school diploma generally required
 knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
 knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
 knowledge of customer service principles and practice
 verbal and written communication skills
 professional personal presentation and be able to work with stress tolerance
