Secretary

A recruitment agency is looking for candidates for the position of Secretary to work with a multinational company operating in Hong Kong


Requirements:-
* Protect the reputation and integrity of others through strict confidentiality
* Be highly proficient with computers, particularly with MS Office (all products including
Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and utilize various applications, including running reports, spreadsheets and mail merges
* Consistently carry out tasks in a highly organized manner
* Participate as a highly motivated team player

Qualifications:-
* Bachelor’s degree in any fields
* Good personality and good communication skill
* Computer literacy (Microsoft package especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Self-motivated, flexible, service minded with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work on several activities and handle multi-tasks
