Weight Loss Challenge

Hello everyone, I am a wellness coach who help people to manage weight and maintain good health. Recently, my friends and I are trying to organise an interesting activity - the weight loss challenge. We would like to gather people who want to lose weight (however few pounds theywant to shed) to participate in a 12-week long challenge. People who lose the most weight, fat% and inches at the end of the challenge win the prizes.

Participants can use any method they like. And throughout the challenge we will have 12 weekly meetings in which we talk about nutrition and give away weight management tips and
weigh/measure everyone's progress. Also participants get to share their experiences and encourage one another. It is great fun to lose weight with a group of people together. Come join us!
